After graduating with an Honours degree in Human Resource Management, Leigh-Ann travelled to the UK and then joined the wealth-management team at a private investment bank, Kleinwort Benson. Since 2014, she has worked closely with Jonathan Osrin, first at Stenham and then at Osrin Wealth. She completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2016.
